Returns, exchanges & refunds
No problem, if you change your mind, you can return or exchange your bags/scarves within 30 days of purchase as long as it's returned in the same condition as it was purchased.
Return postage costs are paid by the customer, unless there is a fault or problem with the item, then we'll cover the cost.
To return or exchange items send us an email and we'll get it sorted!
Once your item has been received, we will send a new product back to you (includes postage) or refund you to your original method of payment less postage costs.
